Board Of Directors
Composition
The Board members consist of a Chair of the Board, a Vice Chair of the Board, a Secretary/Treasurer, and such other officers as the Board of Directors may from time to time designate and appoint. Each Director shall hold office for three (3) years.
Duties
The Board shall develop programs that provide profits to the parent corporation, CDSA, and that provide value to CDSA members. The Board shall be subject to oversight by, and interface with, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the California Disability Services Association.
Participation
All Board Members shall participate in regular conference calls and/or face-to-face meetings as determined by the Chair in consultation with the committee, and shall be available for meetings as required by the issues and the workload.
